Kaci Garcia, Psy.D.

Dr. Garcia received her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. Throughout her training, she has developed her passion for mental health through a wide range of research and clinical experiences. Dr. Garcia’s dissertation research focused on establishing normative data for concussion testing in both athlete and non-athlete populations. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at AllCare Medical Centers in Sarasota, Florida.
Dr. Garcia has experience treating a broad range of psychological disorders through individual and group therapy, assessment, and consultation. Her clinical background spans multiple settings, including outpatient neuropsychological assessment centers, primary care medical practices, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, psychiatric hospital environments, and private practice.
Dr. Garcia utilizes an integrative approach to treatment based on the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Informed CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. She specializes in providing therapy for individuals coping with trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, interpersonal difficulties, and stress management.
