Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT combines cognitive-behavioral strategies with mindfulness practices.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps clients accept challenging thoughts and emotions rather than trying to eliminate them.

Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy explores how past experiences, childhood relationships, and unconscious patterns shape current behavior.

Forensic Psychotherapy / Forensic Evaluation Services
Forensic psychotherapy integrates mental health treatment with the legal system.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
TF-CBT is specifically designed for individuals who have experienced trauma, including childhood abuse, violence, or loss.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR uses guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation to help clients reprocess traumatic memories.

Family Systems Therapy
Family Systems Therapy views problems as part of larger family dynamics rather than isolated within one person.

Major Life Transitions
Life transitions—such as starting a new job, moving, divorce, becoming a parent, or coping with aging—can create significant stress.

Trauma & Post-Traumatic Stress (PTSD)
Trauma occurs when an individual experiences an event that overwhelms their ability to cope, such as abuse, violence, accidents, or sudden loss.
Evaluations And Assessments
We offer comprehensive psychological, forensic, and neuropsychological assessments, each designed to provide a clear, evidence-based understanding of an individual’s cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Our evaluations are tailored to address diagnostic questions, clarify areas of concern, and guide effective treatment planning.

Neuropsychological Evaluations
Neuropsychological Evaluations are offered for children, adolescents, and adults seeking to assess information about memory, language, attention skills, executive functioning, and visual-motor skills.

Psychological Evaluations
Psychological Evaluations are specifically tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Such evaluations may include: Intelligence, Psychoeducational (Learning Disability Assessment), Personality, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism, Adaptive Functioning, and Gifted.

Forensic Evaluations
We can test each individual for competency, and Neuropsychological Assessment for Traumatic Brain Injury.

Vocational Evaluations
Vocational evaluations are utilized to determine vocational interests, aptitudes, and overall work habits. Results are applied to current and future training (e.g., vocational school or college) and/or competitive employment.
