Bryan D. Boudreault, CVE, has worked in the rehabilitation field for more than three decades, providing assessment and vocational evaluation services to individuals with disabilities and those experiencing economic disadvantage. He received his certification in vocational evaluation in 1987 and has since served as a provider for State Vocational Rehabilitation, the Division of Blind Services, private rehabilitation programs, and multiple contract agencies throughout Palm Beach County, Workforce Alliance, and “Welfare to Work” initiatives.
Bryan oversaw the first Vocational Rehabilitation pilot project in the early 1990s offering On-the-Job Evaluations to assess work performance directly within community employment settings. He has received training and certification in numerous vocational evaluation systems (McCarron-Dial, Perceptual Memory Test, Careerscope, Apticom, OASYS, Wonderlic, SAGE) and became certified in “Discovery,” a comprehensive assessment approach to customized employment, through the University of South Florida in 2012.
In addition to many years of supervisory experience, Bryan has been recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for meeting vocational evaluation accreditation standards. He regularly provides community presentations on topics such as organizational team building, disability sensitivity, documentation practices, understanding vocational evaluation, and job-coaching strategies. He also serves on the Palm Beach County Homeless Housing Alliance Training Committee and provides training on the SPDAT (Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool).
